- 1 pound Bears head mushrooms, chopped to the size of lump crab meat
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 green onions
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoons creole seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape out 8 patties and set aside.
- In large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter or heat olive oil.
- Fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
