Bull City Farm – We are offering our first Virtual Cheese Making class Nov 8th. Sam started her cheese making journey over 20 years ago and has been teaching all sorts of adult classes including Sausage Making, Animal Husbandry and Cheese Making. These classes usually fill up fast so be sure to register soon:)

Parker Farm and Vineyard – Parker Farm and Vineyard will be at market on Saturday with lots of delicious produce. Summer and fall flavors overlap as we bring the sweetest peppers of the summer, eggplant and herbs along with fall favorites like spaghetti squash, acorn and butternut squash, heirloom pumpkins, muscadine grapes and the first of our sweet potatoes! We will also have pasture raised meat available. Ground beef, steaks, roasts and bones. For pork, we have a great selection of sausages in links and bulk, along with pork ribs, pork chops, roasts and bones for savory broth. See you Saturday!
Pfohl Pfarm – Pfohl Pfarm will be at market with all chicken cuts available this week. The chicken that will be offered are Imperial broilers, which are known for their gourmet taste.
Prodigal Farm – Perfect for fall, we have tubs of blue cheese crumbles, from our Saxapahaw Blues – – so lovely for fall salads, and we’ll have Millefeuille — a special, limited-edition goat’s milk cheese wrapped in fig leaves that have been soaked in brandy. It’s a standout! We’ll also have Blue Chevrolait, Candide, Field of Creams, Fool’s Gold, Marinated Feta, and of course Spring Fever, as well as the ever-handy chevre, lemon-caper chevre, feta crumbles, plain vache, and delicious vache flavors: cranberry-orange, chipotle-garlic, herb, and shiitake-thyme.
